Flor de Crasto Red is a wine with a very interesting quality/price ratio. It is produced only for some of our international markets. We intend it to be a wine with a modern, fresh, fruit, and easy-to-drink profile. With a privileged location in the demarcated region of the Douro, in the north of Portugal, Quinta do Crasto has been property in the family of Leonor and Jorge Roquette for over a century. Like the great farmhouses of the Douro, the origin of Quinta do Crasto goes back to long times in the country's history: the name Crasto derives from the Latin castrum and means "Roman fort."
